Delete account

Send us a deletion request and we'll delete your account within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.

We delete your sign-in account and profile. Jobs, notes and photos you added to a shop are that shop's records and stay with it. If you own a shop, we'll work out closing it with you first, including its subscription and connected services. That can take longer than 30 days.
