What this covers
This policy covers the KeptSolid marketing website and the call-review request form. It does not cover the customer-facing text messages sent on behalf of a shop once they become a customer; those are governed by the customer agreement.
Information you give us
When you request a call review, we collect what you type into the form: your name, shop name, mobile number, email, the trade you work in, the board you run, and your answers about missed calls. We don't collect anything from that form that you didn't type.
How we use it
We use the form information to schedule and prepare for your call review and to follow up about it. We don't add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence because you filled out the form.
Text message consent
By submitting the form you agree that we may text the mobile number you provided to schedule the call. Message frequency is limited to scheduling. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and standard carrier rates may apply.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the site, store form submissions, and send email and text messages, and only so they can do those jobs for us.
How long we keep it
We keep call-review requests for as long as it's useful to follow up, and we'll delete yours if you ask.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics cookies today. If that changes, this section will say what is measured, what is sent, and how to decline.
