What this covers
This policy covers the KeptSolid marketing website and the call-review request form. The text messages a shop's KeptSolid number sends after a missed call are covered by the SMS privacy notice at keptsolid.com/sms/privacy and the SMS program terms at keptsolid.com/sms/terms; the summary below repeats the parts that matter most.
Information you give us
When you request a call review, we collect what you type into the form: your name, shop name, mobile number, email, the trade you work in, the board you run, and your answers about missed calls. We don't collect anything from that form that you didn't type.
How we use it
We use the form information to schedule and prepare for your call review and to follow up about it. We don't add you to a newsletter or a drip sequence because you filled out the form.
Text messages
The call-review form does not enroll you in text messages. We follow up by email and by the call you asked for; we don't text the number you give us. KeptSolid text messages go only to a person who called a participating shop and heard the recorded notice, as described at keptsolid.com/sms. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the site, store form submissions, and send email, and only so they can do those jobs for us.
How long we keep it
We keep call-review requests for as long as it's useful to follow up, and we'll delete yours if you ask.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views, referrers, and which pages lead to a call-review request. It sets a first-party cookie and sends your page path, a random client ID, and a truncated IP address to Google. We don't send your name, phone, or email to it, and we don't use it for ads. To decline, block the cookie in your browser or use Google's opt-out extension.
