How much does missed call text back cost?

KeptSolid costs $149 a month per shop for Text-Back, or $249 a month for Board Write-Back, which is in a labeled sandbox pilot until it is switched on for your shop. Both plans are month to month with no contract, and outbound texts are included. One shop means up to 15 trucks on one business number.

Is there a contract?

No. Both KeptSolid plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time without a fee.

Is there a free trial?

No. The first step is a 15-minute call review where we look at last week's missed calls and your board, then tell you plainly which plan fits, or that neither does. Both plans are month to month, so one month is the smallest commitment.

Per shop or per truck?

Per shop, up to 15 trucks on one business number. If you run two numbers, two brands, or two offices, that's two shops, and we say so on the call review before you pay anything.

What counts as a missed call?

Any incoming call to your business number that rings out to voicemail or goes unanswered, whether you're mid-job, closed, or the dispatcher is already on a call. A forwarded missed call starts the text-back; opt-outs and repeat-call safeguards still apply.

Are text message costs included?

Yes. Outbound texts, confirmations, and on-the-way messages are included, with your shop's plan. We review your call volume and setup before you choose a plan.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. A common path is to start on Text-Back, see the jobs land on your phone for a month, then move to Board Write-Back once write-back is on for your shop. We check write-back eligibility before the switch.

How do I cancel?

Email us or cancel from your account, and KeptSolid stops at the end of the current billing month. Jobs already written to your board stay there. A text handoff is added to your board by your team.
