Board write-back is running in a labeled Jobber sandbox pilot. Until it's switched on for your shop, the job comes to your phone as a text with the caller's name, address, problem, and preferred window filled in, ready for the board.

KeptSolid catches the calls HVAC, plumbing, and electrical shops can't take: mid-job, after hours, dispatcher on the other line. It texts the caller back within seconds, collects the job, and hands it to you filled in for your Jobber or Housecall Pro board. Emergencies still ring a person. Pricing is two flat plans per shop with no contracts: Text-Back at $149 a month, and Board Write-Back at $249 a month. Board write-back is running in a labeled Jobber sandbox pilot. Questions

Questions owners ask first

Is there a contract?

No. Both KeptSolid plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time without a fee.

Per shop or per truck?

Per shop, up to 15 trucks on one business number. If you run two numbers, two brands, or two offices, that's two shops, and we say so on the call review before you pay anything.

What counts as a missed call?

Any incoming call to your business number that rings out to voicemail or goes unanswered, whether you're mid-job, closed, or the dispatcher is already on a call. KeptSolid texts the caller back after each one.

Are text message costs included?

Yes. Outbound texts, confirmations, and on-the-way messages are included, subject to a fair-use limit a normal 2 to 15 truck shop won't come near. If your volume looks unusual we'll talk before anything changes.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. A common path is to start on Text-Back, see the jobs land on your phone for a month, then move to Board Write-Back once Jobber write-back is on for your shop. The switch happens at your next billing date with no re-setup.

How do I cancel?

Email us or cancel from your account, and KeptSolid stops at the end of the current billing month. Your jobs stay on your board; we never held them.
