Who operates this program
KeptSolid is operated by 11:11 Productions. Participating shops choose the texts you receive; 11:11 Productions runs the service that sends them.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation; a typical missed call leads to four to six texts over a day. A booked job can add appointment confirmations and one review request. A confirmation can be sent when a visit is scheduled, when its day or start time changes, or when it becomes the job's next visit. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information used
We process your phone number, messages, delivery status, and opt-in/opt-out events to run missed-call conversations and respond to your requests. To send an appointment confirmation, we also use the day and time of the visit the shop scheduled. To send a review request, we also use the review link the shop gave us, and whether the job's last scheduled visit is marked complete or the shop's scheduling software shows the job done. The record of how a conversation started is the missed call. It includes the phone provider's call identifier, the time, the number that called and the number it called, both stored encrypted, and a keyed hash of the caller's number. A STOP reply is stored as a message and adds an opt-out record with that hash and the time. A START reply removes the opt-out record. This page does not collect a phone number or subscribe you merely by visiting.
Storage and access
Phone numbers and message bodies are encrypted in application storage. Restricted application operators and service providers process the information needed to run the service. Do not send payment details, medical information, or other sensitive information by text.
Sharing
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers processing messages, hosting, storage, and support may receive information only to operate this service, or where disclosure is required by law. A review request contains a link to a review page on another site, chosen by the shop. We send the link as the shop gave it and add nothing that identifies you. That site's own privacy policy applies to what you do there.
Your choices
Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent. That stops every text from that shop, appointment confirmations and review requests included. Contact us to ask about access or deletion. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to document your choices and prevent unwanted messages. A conversation with one shop does not authorize texts from any other shop or business.
